DriveHarborApplication information

Privacy policy · Effective October 29, 2026

A limited purpose.
A clear policy.

This policy describes how the private DriveHarbor integration handles Google user data.

1. Scope and operator

DriveHarbor is a private utility operated by the owner of the authorizing Google account. It connects an owner-controlled server to that account's Google Drive for owner-requested file operations.

2. Data accessed

The integration may access Drive file and folder names, identifiers, metadata, directory structure, and file content. It accesses only an account that explicitly grants permission through Google's OAuth consent flow.

3. How data is used

Data is used to list files and folders, read or download files, upload or create files, and carry out file changes requested by the owner. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, resale, or model training.

4. Storage and protection

OAuth credentials are stored on the owner-controlled server with restricted filesystem permissions. Connections to Google use encrypted HTTPS. File data may be cached on that server to support normal filesystem reads and writes. Pending writes remain cached until they can be uploaded.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties. Google and necessary infrastructure providers process data only to operate and secure the requested integration. This information website contains no advertising or application analytics.

6. Retention and removal

Credentials are retained while the owner operates the integration. Local cached data is managed by the server's cache settings; files waiting to upload may be retained longer. Files in Google Drive remain under the owner's control. The owner can revoke OAuth access, stop the integration, remove its configuration and cache, and manage Drive files at any time.

7. Google API Limited Use

Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

8. Contact and changes

Privacy questions can be sent to the support email displayed on this application's Google OAuth consent screen. Material changes to this policy will be published here with an updated effective date.
